This Veterans’ Day, we honor those who have served and continue to serve our nation — specifically the estimated 3.5 million disabled veterans.

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Assistive Technology department’s mission is to enhance the ability of Veterans and active duty service members with disabilities to fulfill life goals through the coordination and provision of appropriate assistive technology services. The department endeavors to be a leader in assistive technology (AT), providing state-of-the-art services by certified AT providers whose collaborative efforts maximally improve the quality of life of Veterans and active duty service members with disabilities.
