Ability Tools is California’s Assistive Technology Act project. Funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration with money allocated in the 2004 Assistive Technology Act, Ability Tools is managed by the California Foundation for Independent Living Centers under contract for the California Department of Rehabilitation.
Ability Tools is dedicated to expanding the accessibility of tools, resources and technology that will help increase independence, improve personal productivity and enhance the quality of life for all Californians.
