The presenters will discuss how to develop creative partnerships that reduce operating costs and leverage transportation, labor and space for your Reuse programs from around the country. How to use state statutes related to, distressed and reused medical equipment to advance your program, and as well as some creative funding strategies to sustain reuse programs.

Statewide Medicaid Reuse Partnerships & Collaborations Tuesday - June 21st, 2016 • 9:30AM (PST)

This session will focus on how two states: Kansas and Oklahoma have built statewide reuse programs through Medicaid. Presenters will discuss how advocates for Reuse developed strategies and forged relationships that led to public policy changes necessary to make it possible for Medicaid to support Reuse programs and services in their states. They will describe how their networks function, their Reuse outcomes and impact, and discuss any barriers and improvements that they have identified.
