The $7 million Goodwill Fitness Center is operated by Goodwill of Orange County in Santa Ana, California. The state-of-the-art, 12,000 square-foot fitness center was designed for people with disabilities and features cardio and weight equipment including Cybex Total Access, SCIFIT and Star Trak brands. A group exercise room hosts a variety of exercise classes. Designed for independent use by wheelchair users and people with low vision, the gym opens up exercise to people who may not be able to exercise at a traditional health club.

In order to be a member of the Goodwill Fitness Center, you must have proof of your disability diagnosis as well as a signed medical release form from a physician stating that you can participate in an exercise program. For additional information about the Goodwill Fitness Center and how to become a member, please go to www.ocgoodwill-fitnesscenter.org or contact 1-888-OCFITCENTER (888-623-4823).
