Here at Ability tools and our parent organization California Foundation for Independent Living Centers <\/a>(CFILC) we have used and worked with our fair share of assistive technology. \"Stephen<\/a>My favorite AT is my adjustable desk. I\u2019ve had degenerative disk disease for the past 10 years and experience a lot of pain after sitting for long periods. I also noticed that I would tend to injure my back at the gym on the days when I was sitting more. Since I got an adjustable desk that allows me to sit or stand, I have \u00a0a lot less pain and get injured much less.<\/p>\n
